Yes, we offer bicycles suitable for children over 3 years old. For younger children, we provide child seats for their safety and comfort.
Can I extend my rental period if needed?
Yes, you can contact us to let us know if you would like to keep the bicycle longer.
Can I rent accessories such as child seats or bike trailers?

Do bicycles come with all the equipment?
We provide factory stock bicycles equipped with a complimentary helmet, lights, lock, kickstand, and bell. If any additional equipment is required, please inform us during the booking process.
Do you need my passport pictures?
Yes, we will require a picture of your passport and will sign a contract when we deliver the bicycle to your location.
Do you offer delivery and pickup services?
Delivery within our standard Delivery-Pickup Timeline (6 am to noon) is complimentary. However, if the client requires delivery at a specific time outside of this period, an additional charge will apply.
Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

Do you offer insurance coverage for rental bikes?
Yes, insurance coverage is available for rental bikes. Customers can choose whether they require it or not.
Do you provide bike locks or other security accessories?
Yes, we provide a bicycle lock at no additional cost to ensure the safety of your rental bike.
How does the rental process work?
Customers select their desired bicycle and delivery date (at least 24 hours in advance) and provide necessary information and any specific requests. We’ll promptly confirm availability and send a payment link for the deposit once the booking is confirmed.
Is there a minimum age requirement for renting a bicycle?
Customers must be at least 20 years old to rent a bicycle. However, rentals for individuals under 20 years old can be arranged through their parents.
Is there a security deposit required for rentals?
Yes, a security deposit is required based on the total bill and specific requests.
What are your operating hours?
Our delivery and pickup services operate from 6 am to noon. Our office hours are from 6 am to 6 pm.
What bicycle size do I need according to my weight and height?
We will get your weight and height when making the booking, and we will select the appropriate bicycle size for you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments, cash, and card payments, excluding cryptocurrency.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 1 day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time to receive a deposit refund.
What should I do if I encounter any issues with the rental bike during my rental period?
We offer a free mobile repair service during our operating hours. Outside of these hours, additional charges may apply for maintenance services.
Where can I ride the rental bikes?
Rental bikes are equipped with GPS and cannot be taken outside of Phuket island. Penalties apply for violating this restriction.
